The CardReader- SDCard Booster Pack Breakout PCB

This is the SDCard BoosterPack PCB for the Launchpad. It currently supports SDCard form factor only. However, if you wish to use micro or mini sd cards, make sure you use an adaptor. The Boosterpack supports both the USI and USCI ports of the MSP430 using solder jumpers. A card detect LED is provided to indicate the presence of an inserted card.

Code is available in the 43oh Forum and is based on the Petite FatFS code library by Elm-Chan. The code currently supports disk initialize, mount, read and file list. Write support is still being worked on.

Note: Pin6 of the SDCard connector before v.1.1 is not connected to GND. You will have to  manually solder it via a hook up wire.
